Inis Caiseal SIM for sale at half of retail price

This month we sold our 3 homestead sims (Empress and Hierophant, Saerlaith, and Ceangal) to 3 wonderful new owners, but our full-service Inis Caiseal sim is available once again. (Click here to visit.)

COST:


We are asking US$500 firm (the retail value of the sim is actually US$1,000 when blank, and this one's all decked out ;) plus the US$100 transfer fee charged by Linden Lab (which includes moving it to your own location, and renaming the sim to whatever you wish). Therefore, the full purchase price is US$600, and yes, we did say it's firm.

WHAT YOU GET:


The purchase price includes the sim, the landscaping and the cottages (furnishings not included), as is. We will also provide you with "Elements of Empress and Hierophant" sim fatpack we used to create the sim with (which includes the sim terrain textures, road and path prims, land prims, bridges, drystack walls, unscripted standing stones and a tree), a copy version of our Gatehouse cottage and copy versions of our sheep, so you can reconfigure (or use on any other sims you may have) as you see fit. This will help to smooth out the edges of the sim where it was attached to our other sims prior to their moves. (Please see the list at the bottom of this posting for the kits we will give you as part of the sale, and what they include).

WHAT YOU *DON'T* GET:


The purchase price does NOT include components created by other designers where we do not have the ability to transfer them to a new owner. Therefore, the sale price does NOT include:

  • the sim weather system,

  • sim touring cars,

  • standing stone animations,

  • sim music,

  • NPC characters (mermaid in the cove and female greeter at the stable),

  • the rental software, security system or parcel music tools we used to manage our rental cottages with,

  • prim waves/foam,

  • our favourite Mickey Mantle bubble gum baseball card collection, or,

  • our souls.

(... though we are happy to tell you where we got all these things them in case you want to pick them up to use yourself, minus the souls).

WHO WE ARE ACCEPTING OFFERS FROM:

  1. actually have the money to buy the sim ; ) ... and,
  2. are ready to purchase the sim right now.

Linden Lab has been transferring sims within a day of the support ticket being submitted (even on weekends!) so you'll likely have the sim in your possession pretty darned quickly.

HOW (AND WHO) YOU PAY:


You pay Linden Lab directly, and they will either accept US$ available in your Linden Lab account, or the equivalent Linden dollar value if you have them available. You tell them which method you want to pay with.

MONTHLY TIER


Tier is due on this particular sim on the 4th day of each calendar month, and will be charged by Linden Lab at the usual full-service sim rate of US$295.

We want to thank the folks who have been sending in such kind notes the past few weeks as we've being saying goodbye to 4 of our 5 sims. We have enjoyed sharing our Empress and Hierophant parkland sim with you these past 4 years, and are immensely grateful to the people who called our 3 residential rental sims home during the past year.

We're looking forward to focusing on our original sim now and creating a new kind of magic there.
