Summer Weddings and a Taste of France in our New Provençale d'Or Croquembouche

Perfect for brides looking for a decadent, traditional French alternative to the wedding cake, or for hosts simply looking for an elegant centerpiece to dress up their own tables at home and at parties.

A croquembouche (or croquenbouche) is a type of French dessert referred to as a "pièce montée", meaning "edible centerpiece". It is often served at weddings, as well as other celebrations such as baptisms and first communions. Crafted from a high cone of profiteroles bound with threads of caramel, it is often elaborately decorated with sugared almonds, chocolate, flowers, or ribbons. The choux buns are sometimes made with savoury fillings instead of sweet ones.

The name comes from the French words 'Croque en bouche', meaning 'crunch in the mouth'.

Your pixel pastry arrives:

  • plated on a serving tray that offers 4 different texture changes;
  • includes both beginning and advanced recipes included so you can make this confections in your own kitchen;
  • enrobed in a beautiful cello-wrapped gift basket with peacock feathers; and,
  • is modifiable to allow resizing and elimination of prims if you wish to simplify.
